SABO™ PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) Series
High heat resistance, chemical resistance, and high rigidity.

PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide), also known as the "Plastic Gold," is a semi-crystalline, high-performance thermoplastic resin. It features high mechanical strength, high heat resistance (long-term service temperature of approximately 220°C), excellent chemical resistance, flame retardancy, good thermal stability, and outstanding electrical properties.
PPS-ST is based on PPS reinforced with high-performance glass fibers, significantly enhancing the rigidity and strength of the material, though its toughness is lower than that of neat PPS.

Excellent dimensional stability due to low coefficient of linear thermal expansion and low water absorption

Continuous service temperature up to 220°C; note that the glass transition temperature is only 90°C, so caution is required for use under high load at elevated temperatures

Excellent fatigue and creep resistance

Stable dielectric constant and dissipation factor over a wide frequency range
