SABO™ PEI (Polyetherimide)
High heat resistance, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance.
PEI (Polyetherimide) is a transparent amber high-performance polymer with excellent dimensional stability and broad chemical resistance. It offers high strength, dimensional stability, as well as excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance. With a continuous service temperature of 170°C, PEI is an ideal choice for applications requiring consistent insulating performance across a wide range of frequencies. Its hydrolysis and chemical resistance enable it to withstand repeated autoclave sterilization cycles in the medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology markets.
