SABO™ PEEK CER (Polyether Ether Ketone Ceramic)
High heat resistance, high wear resistance, and low thermal expansion.
PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is a semi-crystalline, high-performance thermoplastic specialty engineering plastic. It features high heat resistance (continuous service temperature up to 260°C), excellent flame retardancy, as well as outstanding resistance to hot water and chemicals.
PEEK CER is based on PEEK reinforced with high-performance ceramic materials, combining the stability, wear resistance, and insulation of ceramics with the toughness, machinability, and high-temperature resistance of PEEK. It is suitable for micro-hole machining and features an extremely low coefficient of linear thermal expansion.
